Nicole has a Masters Degree in Business Administration, a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and a Bachelor's degree in Retail Merchandising & Management with a Minor in Entrepreneurship from Montclair State Univeristy. After working in corporate finance in the private banking industry she took the leap to fully immerse herself into this business. Nicole is a self-taught balloon stylist and handmakes her flower walls for rent to bring a customized flare to any event. Even though DoP is primarily located in the metroplatian New York and New Jersey area, our company has provided decor services in Italy, Austria, Israel and in several states across America. With a love for the arts, fashion, beauty, pottery and being very "crafty" in general- this type of artistic expression came very naturally to her and quickly caught the eye of many clients allowing her to leave corporate America and run the event decor business full time!

Alex and Sergey both have backgrounds in engineering & business deveopment and therefore design and build all of our props to the highest safety standards. The venues we work with and our clients never have to worry about damage to their space because of our attention to detail, safety and design. They also do all of the "heavy lifting" behind the scenes, load and drive our trucks to your events. Lastly, they of course assist with the building of the sets and focal points that make our parties so special and unique. While Nicole & Michelle focus on the aesthetic and creative aspect of the party decor, Sergey and Alex are on the back end making sure everything runs smooothly from our standing flower wall frames, lighting, operating heavy machinary and so on. Between Sergey and Alex, they speak several languages fluently for your convienience- Russian, German, Hebrew, and lastly, English!
